    What new pranayama tip did you learn in this video?!

      I have to listen again and again .
      I must listen again I don't know what I learned?
      What ways have you learned to encourage habits?

    • @cinmac3
      @cinmac3 3 года назад

      I learned I can't do it when my husband responds to me..?!
      I have a brain injury from many years ago, but. my anger is the same or very similar in ways getting angered , before I can think, sometimes and or I dwell on that thought as ,when we hold grudges.
      Breathing is an after the incidents happen?

      That's awesome. I have been using 3m medical take as mouth tape at night and it seems to work for me. Kind of weird but you sleep for 1/3 of your life, so it is important to breathe well while sleeping!

    thank you-this is so important. It is something yoga teachers know but sometimes do not teach or practice themselves. The practice is not only great for anxiety and stress reduction: it is an essential way to keep your lungs strong when they are challenged by any type of respiratory illness. Right now the exercises are helping me because I have a rib injury and although it is painful to take a deep breath, I must still practice and maybe modify slightly but it is a way to prevent pneumonia which can happen when there is constriction of breath. So helpful!! . RN,PNP, RYT

      Franny thanks so much for commenting! Isn’t empowering that the simplest of things (like breathing through your nose rather than mouth) can make such a huge difference? It is definitely timely.

      Those are great ideas for videos. Thanks for the suggestions! For circulation issues, I would recommend legs up the wall, as long as it doesn't increase any pain. Check out this video: ruclips.net/video/5ReQOrZla3A/видео.html. Snoring can be a big health problem so I do suggest you talk to your doctor about it. However, the tips in this BREATHE BETTER video can help, as well as those Breathe Right nose strips. Hope that helps! More videos to come.
