0:28 - is it true that the jet pump will only turn off if the hot tub is at temperature? if it is heating, the jets will continue to run?

The 4 Button Control Panel on our Aquaterra Spas Adriana 21‐jet, 4‐person Spa isn’t working. It’s not displaying anything. How could I have that fixed? Is that something I can get and replace myself?
