@@BirdRunHD I can’t tell you max jet pressure, just that it is plenty on my back when it’s on wide open and high jets. Max temp is 104. In the summer I keep it at 101 and in the winter 104. It is great at keeping it at temp, even with using the 110 plug and play… I was in it last night and this afternoon. I’ve had it for 8 months and I use it all the time and really love it. Thanks for pointing out the need for temp and pressure info. Cheers!
@ That makes sense. I would never want it at 105. You can really tell the difference when you notch it up or down. I guess 104 suits me in the winter because I don’t do like half hour soaks… I do 10 to 15 minutes and I’m good. Feels the best in the winter when I get chilled and want a full body warm up, or after skiing for the muscles. All the best and cheers!
@@beertapborg hey! You’re welcome! I’m amazed that the company didn’t have a professional video done for RUclips… I tried to put in all the info I wanted when I bought one. Glad it helped. Cheers!
Thanks very much for taking the time with the video, answered pretty much all my questions and concerns i had. One thing i wanted to ask is what kind of monthly cost increase have you noticed?
Great question. Haven’t really noticed much of a change at all. It has gone up, but $10 or $20? You see I’m also running my portable A/C so I can’t really tell you what is what with a small increase. So let’s put it this way, it hasn’t gone up by $50, $100 or $200, so I’m happy to pay a tad more for cooling in the summer and hot tub before bed!!! Hope this helps a bit.. enjoy your tub! It’s worth it!
And if you’d do me and everyone who looks at this video a favor… if you can gauge your increase per month and come back here and post it, that would probably helps others a lot! Thank you again and cheers!
Question, I want to install one in the Poconos Pennsylvania. Do you think this will hold up in very low temperature? It's just myself and my wife in a second weekend home.
@@beertapborg I really think it will. I put this in last winter and just did the plug and play 110 instead of the 220. Even with just 110 outlet, when it initially got up to temp (103 for me) It cycled very little through the coldest nights when we were in the 30’s here in Washington state… The insulation is good all the way around the tub and importantly, on the bottom. The cover is high quality and thick so no heat “leakage”. And the cover has just enough of a gap at the middle crease that it allows it to breathe and not get stinky. I’d say it’s a great high quality tub for more than a reasonable price. I’m really happy with it and glad I got it… now come on ski season! Cheers and enjoy tubbing!! Oh, and it’s just me and my beautiful partner, and she and I think it’s the perfect size for two like I said in the video. (You really better be close with the other couple if you put 4 adults in this one! 🤔🤪😜😂
After I filled it up the first time, I had the jets on and it took 26 hours to heat up. The second time I had the jets turned off so it just recirculated the water through the heater and it took 16 hours. Just turn it on, make sure the keys are off, and keep the cover on.., Hope that helps! Cheers!
@@richgibson1816 hmmmm… we just got ours, filled it up and turned it on… I’m able to turn the jets on settings 1 & 2. But they NEVER actually turn off… or go lower power than setting 1. After the set temperature is reached does the pump go slower than setting 1 which is low. Do the jets turn off once the temp is reached ?
@@salmonkiller2545 oh right. So it does runs constantly until it reaches your hot water setting. So yes, it will run continually until it reaches temp. What I’m talking about is the valve to have it bubble hard or soft up next to your switch controls… look at the video at minute 4:53. You’ll see where to keep the valve off while circulating and heating… when you use the tub, get in, hit the switch for high/low, the turn the valve for high pressure jets or off. Don’t worry! Once it’s up to temp, it’ll kick on and off very seldom! Cheers
@@salmonkiller2545 I know!!! That’s why the first time I heated it up, I have the “jets” valve turned on and it took so long for it to come up to temp. I figured (wrongly) that if the air bubbles (jets) were on high, it would heat faster. But I found out that when the jets are on high, those bubbles are outside air being used for pressure and it actually cools it off while being used… also, when you’re done with a hot tub session, your tub will run for awhile, while it comes back up to your temp setting. So, unless you’re in the tub and using the jets on high, turn off the jets so it can heat faster!
No… like I said on the video, I just keep the bubble switch off and it heats up. I went with the 110 instead of the 220, and I’m sure the 220 would be much faster on initial heat up, but I was good waiting. So 16 hours from 63 degrees to 103. Then, it does not cycle too very often to stay at 103. Good insulation and heat retention. I really love this tub! Cheers

I dont know of any HT that goes over 104-105F. My son's $14K HT only goes to 104f. he keeps it at 101f which is plenty hot for me.
