I bought this motherboard for my friend. He has a Ryzen 5 4500, and he's happy with it 😊. For those saying things about the RAM. I checked the manual and it said to put like that. But when I booted the PC, the system told me to change it to 2 - 4 instead of 1 - 3 😅 (first time I installed the RAM I placed the 2 - 4, but then I checked the manual it said to put it 1 - 3 and I was like that's weird, so when I booted the PC, turns out, it needed to be in the order that I placed it at the first time 😮💨)
@@syraxiis8692if you are going for 1 dimm. The a2 slot will be the faster for overclock, reaching the maximum speed told on the box. Dual channel doesnt matter where you put it. But will be easier to use bigger CPU coolers if the RAM is far away. Like i said before. Same shit.
I picking up same mother board tomorrow .. ill be installing the memory correctly in dual channel.! and yes Slots 2+4 advised!! not same as 1+3 1+3 will make system abnormal posts as frequencies are not like Intel

using b550m provdh, paired it with ryzen 9 5950x (update bios required) 2x16 gb ram (Perfectly stable at 3000mhz 1.35v OC, can be pushed to 3200mhz with no problem but slight instability) What people get wrong is 4RAM sticks on a dual channel only mobo wont make it double dual channels. instead will reveert it to single cores which makes it slow. better to get 2x32gb instead of 4x16gb rtx 4070ti super 2 nvme m.2 fully occupied. ITS RUNNING PERFECTLY FINE

Slots 2 and 4 are recommended only so that the air circulates better in the microprocessor, nothing more.
2 and 4 are used so the ram will be in dual channel mode. I hope you never ever build a pc cause you have no idea what you're talking about.

Didn't add WiFi. Those antennas come with the board, and the posts on which to thread them are part of the board.
