its simple look for noises palette in the game files and edit that, same rules still apply tho the noises patterns now have their own seprate palette slots

its more or less the same, just look for the palette sprite and replace the colors, noise has more colors to replace then peppino but you can quickly understand what colors replace what, also the noise has extra palette columns for his pattern outfits as opposed to peppinos one

Yes, that requires editing the text in the game which all happens to be stored in english.txt which is located in the Lang folder, just open it using a text editor and look for the text you wanna replace

For some reason peppino's skin just doesn't change

You have to colur the one ontop of the shirt like the outline
So ontop of the shirt you wanna change on the outline color uptop of it
And do the same for the down ones

Dald22 it dosnt let me change the black and the skin color but it lets me change the clothes you know the white part do you know why? (im using the mod a.f.o.m.)

no, you would have to edit the data.win again, also dont use pizza oven just manually patch your data.win files with xdelta
