Yeah, you better stop knocking over that there iPhone 12 Pro Max! Love those outtakes and how you chugged that drink like Napoleon Dynamite!! You want to know if the footage is cell phone like or crossing that threshold. I think it looked damn good! I mean. Think about it and the punch that it packs. Cell phone, mini tablet, great camera for whatever you need. The lighting looked great... colors were vivid. How much editing/color correcting did it take to pull this off? Hey, I have to add that I liked the free spirited feel in this one... good stuff, Wes!!
Yeah, I gotta say I’m pretty impressed with the footage out of this phone camera. I’m usually against shooting with phones for any kind of “pro” video, my RUclips included, but I actually think this one could sneak into some episodes here and there. It didn’t take too much work to be honest. I did have to convert to the HDR color space of the iPhone, but other than I slapped on my standard colors I use and only had to do some slight tweaking.

Good review truly as I am not a iPhone guy but I agree the tech is getting better and better and so helpful esp for us RUclipsrs who are often inspired at the craziest moments to capture video! Certainly looks nice enough and like fancy jewelry I would be nervous walking around with it all the time lol...:))

As much as I talk about shooting with whatever you have access to, I've absolutely loathed shooting with phone cameras personally - just has a look that I don't like. This camera is the first one where I was like "okay, we're getting somewhere"

I'm trying to plan a short or a sketch of some kind to shoot all on the iPhone. Curious to see how it'd hold up! I definitely do need to get a case haha still going without one right now.
Youtubing IS easier with a script. I need one otherwise I trip over my own thoughts... All the time. Truthfully I riff even WHEN I use a script. Maybe I should do outtakes too. 😂😂😂

As always, good job on the in-depth review! Glad you also included video samples of front and rear cameras. In general the phone's build quality, design and technical characteristics are pretty good, only downside is battery and the lack of fast charging (it only supports 20W charging).
I get my wife's hand-me-down phones, so as soon as she gets the iPhone 12, I'll be getting here iPhone 11. I know nobody cares, but this is pretty cool to see because it's a glimpse of what I'll be getting after the iPhone 13 is released :) Anyhow, great unboxing! Very cool to get a preview of this.
It looked pretty good to me!! I am also a fan of using what you have. We started our channel using an iPad and only upgraded over time to improve our sound. But its important to just get started. This looks like it would be a good option for people.
The iPhone 12 pro max is my 1st iPhone ever. I was so anti apple until this. Not only am I happy but I even went out and bout but the AirPods Pro. Samsung products are really good but Apple is where its at!! So happy to have joined this ecosystem

Now that's a way to open it slowly and efficiently to then have it fall over as you're talking 😅 I was considering going from Android to Apple when I saw this. Awesome job unboxing and testing it man. This is really helpful for anyone interested in getting it! You should do a comparison with the other two and see the difference.

The prices are very high in INdia... i have SE whihc is good for me...i dont think they done much since iphone 7 other than focussing on camera...

That new camera looks mega, I just upgraded my old iPhone 7 to a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and the difference between the two cameras is night and day
How do you like the S20 FE? I was looking at the S20 and the Note 20 ultra, but ultimately went with the iPhone because of the HDR video on it.
