Ingredients:
3 potatoes.
2-4 tablespoons of flour.
Salt.
Sunflower Oil (For Frying).
Ginger Sauce:
3 tablespoons sour cream.
A small piece of ginger.
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
1/2 teaspoon sugar.
Salt.
Black pepper.

You could use an air fryer to cook them as a more healthy option. I used it before I saw your recipe with my potato related dish.
I used potato powder instead ( you can use smashed potatoes too) floor, milk, veggie butter, yeast.
You mix like you would do with a bread dough, you add salt. You make small ball dough and before you place them in the air fryer you add grinded cheese. After 8-10 minutes you will have donuts balls with a smoked flavor ( due of the melt cheese).
Dive them into basalmiko sauce before you eat them!
