I’m only catching up on your vids, and didn’t realise noone warned you about potential spoilers in this show for HotD… so it came as a surprise but I’ve been spoiled on it for a couple of years now so it’s how it gets there that keeps me interested. There’s another minor spoiler in se5x9 with Shireen too
We met Ser Beric Dondarrion when Ned was hand of the king. In episode 6 Ned denounces Gregor Clegane and sends Beric Dondarrion to capture and execute him. But it was a different actor than this one so that's probably why you don't recall it.
Beric is such a strange change from the book to the show, he was present in the tournament and a few mentions of Sansa and Jane on how beautiful he was.

Cersei always thought Margaery Tyrell's affinity was quite aggressive. Cersei has always had a strong desire to protect her children, so she will do whatever it takes to weaken Margaery's influence on her children.

you should watch the history and lore videos of each season if you haven't already to know much more of the world building of "A song of ice and fire", they give so many cool tidbits of the world and there's like a video per every season
They'll probably change the ending anyway. They've changed so much already. I can see them doing like they did to Laenor. Also Aegons dragon was killed off in the show.
@phil8821 I agree they'll change a lot of things. Season 2 was very disappointing. Sunfire is not dead in show, cole even says that he is recovering in rooks rest.

@@phil8821 Sunfyre isn't dead. Rook's Rest & the aftermath happens almost exactly like it did in Fire & Blood. After Aegon flees King's Landing following Rhaenyra's attack, he will find Sunfyre hiding out in a forest.

You will see about a dozen easter eggs that point to exactly how the show ends. This first easter egg is in the very first episode. Watch it again, and everything will fall into place, AS IT SHOULD and DID.

He literally gives three possible reasons for Helaena's suicide, all distinctly different. He gives three different versions of what Rhaenyra did with Prince Maelor's head. Hell, if you go back to A Game of Thrones, he actually says that Rhaenyra & Aegon were full brother & sister and that Rhaenyra was just a year older than Aegon. Funny you mention the first episode because the show departs from the books version of events within 5 minutes. I'm sure you're aware that in the book it's Gared who survives the White Walker attack, not Will. Alteration is a required and even encouraged part of adaptation. What one has to be careful of is departing from logic, not departing from canon.
Joffrey spoiled HotD but wait til Ryan Condal changes it for fanservice and fans gonna defend that change, until the author himself speaks how it ruins his work. 😅 kinda what's happening right now, it's a big issue atm. 😂
So, Dani goes back on her deal, tricks her trade partners, steals/keeps their men (did not pay for them), steals their dragon, then has them killed. Not exactly admirable qualities.

You can't see this scene, because they've killed Aegons dragon in the show. Expect them to come up with a new ending, maybe like they did with Lanor.
