Thank you for this video Hector. I've been a CMA (now CPA - I'm in Canada) for 20 yrs working for corporations. I was recently asked to set up a family members books and teach them how to manage it themselves. We picked QB and now I'm needing to learn it. Great intro video to help me help them. Love your videos. You present the information in a quick, concise manner that does not bore. There is nothing worse than listening to a presenter that speaks as slow as a seven-year itch, stutters and stammers, uses a lot of um's, uh's, etc. and repeats the information numerous times; say it once then get out of the way. I can tell you have been doing this for a long time and I appreciate not only the information presented but how professionally it rolls off your tongue.

If the company Files are already created, you will need to do some cleanup to make them all The same.. if they are not, you can export the chart of accounts and item lists to use to create the new ones

My fiscal year runs from July - June. Is it possible to run two fiscal years simultaneously in QB?
I use the Budget vs Actuals a lot, but can't get QB to pull payroll that I just entered in FY22.
