I've been telling everyone about the new grain + celery salad at Costco! It's delicious, healthy, gluten free, dairy free and vegan if you don't dump the dressing packets in. I went to a couple potlucks this weekend and realized it would have been something almost anyone willing to eat at a potluck could eat.
