That would be interesting. As reports come, seems like the australian version runs about 14-15 l/100km, that is considerably less than the european Raptor, which leads me to believe that tha DPF and detune of the european version makes the consumption go higher. It is interesting to see if the tuning chip lowers the consumption.
@@patruoase in europe the engine is 292 hp for 495 Nm yours is 397 hp for 600 Nm that's why you have to consume a little less
DONT buy a car the shape of a brick if thus is your main priority
@@Steve-Mcgarrett I don't really see how this relates to this question. I've been driving with rams all my life which consumed double that, so it's not that that bothers me, it's simply knowing how efficient they are in order to reduce fuel consumption.
@@navarrolaurent7548 from my experience, it will be less, but not by much because you use more of the power available. If you drive it the same, all the Fords I've had will get 10-20% less. All their fuel maps are really rich. Mine however, are all custom dyno tuned... not off the shelf so could be different
It was de-tuned for the eu market. So why cant u tune it back up to the 405 hp US version? Wtf is 335 hp thats crap

By different hardware is it the gpf and lower boost? If you where to remove the gpf would it take the extra boost?@RaceChipChiptuning
The boost is the same 0.5bar at peak. Haven't you increased that?
The boost display doesn't show the correct values. Of course, we increased the boost slightly

@@robertbezak7605 we had particular filter on other cars and it don’t remove 25% of the power. It is strange 😕
It is proven that the gpf, dpf filters take approx. 10-20% of engine power, it depends... 340 PS after chip in EU version vs 400 PS in US version = 15% drop in power, so it fits.
it's also the boost, on EU vesion it does reach only 0,7bar or even less, and normal version reaches 1bar. Also when you put acceleration pedal down all the way it gives only 60% power.@@robertbezak7605

Herrod in AUS just released a performance pack for $6000. Bumps it up 60kw and 200nm at the hubs and retains factory warranty.
