Can verify a lot of what Martin is saying. Staff were worse than the prisoners, I watched staff to staff bullying happen every day. Prisoners were the best people to talk too.

I've worked in similar positions for over 10 years in a few different roles and all I can say is I've never worked with so many bullies in all my life. Racism,bullying etc etc goes on in a daily basis and certain people believe this sia licence will save their bacon as nobody will hit out its basically a free pass to bully other workmates.

I've worked at places that these people intentionally stop and search people purely for harassment and boosting their ego. I've been quite fortunate that I don't follow likeba sheep and do my job to the best of my ability with limited confrontation. Absolutely no need for it,some of these people get a uniform and sia badge and become hulk hogan. The sia is a reasonably easy badge to get and it attracts certain people and I will go as far as saying have borderline special needs. I'm not trying to discriminate against anyone but that last thing a person with special needs would need is some bully showing them the ropes in the industry.
Aye I waited 5 months for a CB player paid for it was only doing 2/5 but I was entitled to it joke man, I had nothing but respect to the officers apart from about 3/4

As someone who’s had addiction problems when Martin spoke about it being a form of self harm a bit like Kris I was like oh wait … honestly , probably maybe an obvious thought but I hadn’t ever thought of it that way 😮 I honestly feel like Martin really did and does want to help ppl. It’s a shame that the ones who want to help are treated badly by the authorities

I think that's usually private jails and long term prisons (ie Shotts). I've seen screws get moved out a hall in Kilmarnock cos he was banging the doors too loud in the mornings 😜😂
When bowhouse opened it was 5 star compared to bar l and as for smell should have tried walking through the halls before the refurb ie toilet facilities can only compare it to an alcove where the young team drink and piss so a changing room would be a an utter upgrade. Was in bar l in 96 when it was hard core and killy opened it was such a breath of fresh air 😅😅😅and as for Hector wing it's a joke cos its full of bullying and beasts mad environment which you see in going past for the triage and the canteen 😮😮
