Done jiu-jitsu before and really enjoyed it ,felt the class I went to was a bit cleeky though and these days I've self taught myself boxing which helped me channel my energy in a positive way after something bad happened to me a couple of years ago ,I'm glad I did do that cause if I had chosen the other way I would of ended up either in hospital or jail ,class content as always Kris 🙌👍
I’ve experienced stuff like that before. Someone who’s a well know criminal that’s well respected in the underworld getting the nick and you would expect em to thrive inside but they don’t. They just don’t know how to act in the nick. They’re something out side but in side they’re nothing. They have no pull or respect in the nick. It goes the opposite way too. People who are nothing on the out side, not respected but in side they’re well respected and even feared. I’m sure you’ve met people like that on your travels yourself Kris.

But say somebody was mates with Paul Ferris etc, would that not stand for something in the jail, as long as the person didn’t broadcast it. For example, I imagine people wouldn’t want to mess with you if you were related or good pals with these type of guys.

Blinks brother john used to stay out my way ,his ex wife stays 5 doors away and his ex bird stays 2 doors down from my maw, those two poor were battered like fish off him. The last time i was up i got one if those cells on my loansome,thank fuck i was the cops had gave me a hiding i was in agony lol
