The Sad Truth Behind Elizabeth Montgomery's Death

  • Elizabeth Montgomery was an iconic actress, particularly during the 1960s. She is best known for her role as Samantha Stevens in the classic supernatural comedy Bewitched, although she accomplished amazing performances in other films and television shows, such as A Case of Rape and The Legend of Lizzie Borden. Up until her tragic death in 1995, Elizabeth Montgomery remained an iconic and much-beloved celebrity in America.
She also had an impressive filmography. Aside from Bewitched, Elizabeth Montgomery appeared in thirty three other television shows, as well as thirty three movies. Her hard work on the television series Bewitched earned her five Primetime Emmy Award nominations, as well as four Golden Globe nominations.
Elizabeth Montgomery would go on to be nominated for two more Emmy Awards, for her work in the television movies A Case of Rape and The Legend of Lizzie Borden. While she never won any of the awards she was nominated for, her hard work and talent was more than enough to earn her permanent fame.
Sadly, many fans of Elizabeth Montgomery had trouble imagining her as anyone other than the good-natured witch Samantha in Bewitched. As a result, Elizabeth worked hard to act in films and television shows with starkly different roles. Many fans were shocked to watch Montgomery perform such dramatic and brutal roles, but the actor never seemed to care what others thought of her.
Anyone who came into contact with Elizabeth Montgomery described her as a warm and surprisingly down to earth person. Meeting a celebrity is often disappointing, especially if you find out that they aren't as kind or charismatic as they appear in films or on television. Elizabeth Montgomery, however, was one of those rare beauties who treated everyone around her compassionately. However, she was also an intensely private person, and many interviewers tried and failed to get her to open up about her life.
However, over two decades after her death, friends and family have written enough kind words about Elizabeth Montgomery for fans to piece together the puzzle of her life story. In today's video, we're going to look at Elizabeth Montgomery's legacy, as well as some of the highlights of her life, right up until her tragic and untimely death. While Elizabeth was a kind and loving person, life wasn't always as kind to her. Make sure you stick around to find out about one horrifying marriage that left her traumatized for life. Her eyes are very intense and tell a story. Her nose witch everyone loved is even cute. See what I did there? 😂 But how she transformed into perfect cute little house wife to sex symbol was unique. She was a natural beauty and not full of plastic and silicone and 5 layers of make up. I've actually saw many pictures of her without makeup and her eyes are the first thing you notice and she's just as pretty. Now a days if you see a star they actually paint there bodies so you see no flaws. With makeup they are pretty. Without makeup they look like the crypt keeper. None of them have their natural bodies or even hair anymore and the pictures they take have to be touched up. If I was a guy I'd demand to go swimming on the first date to see what they really look like.

I was just a young teenager when Elizabeth acted in Bewitched and I really loved her role in that and also loved her and thought she was so beautiful. I am sad to learn that she had such terrible marriages and then taken so young with cancer. That was so cruel for such a wonderful person to have to experience. RIP Elizabeth Montgomery. I will always remember you.

I've just recently started watching game shows to avoid politics, shows like password and match game from the seventies on buzzr. I was pleasantly surprised to see Elizabeth as a guest. She was married to Asher at the time because the host of the show Allen Ludden talked about how great he was. She was absolutely beautiful and natural and exhibited kindness, humility and a sense of humor. She was stunningly gorgeous to watch. She brought a lot of joy to a lot of people.

So sad she had to experience abuse at the hands of an alcoholic. I had an 8 year relationship with a drunk and it was a nightmare. He said he would kill me if I left and put me in the hospital several times. Finally with the help of a women's organization I left and went into hiding. Three years later he found me and tried to kill me, but my neighbors called the cops and I was spared but hospitalized. He received 6 months for attempted murder. 6 months was all my life was worth to that despicable judge. I took the opportunity to change my name and move as far away as I could. I wish someone had been there to help Elizabeth. Poor sweet woman, I have always loved her. RIP dear one.
