I've loved this series since I was a child. Debra was one of my favorite characters who had a lot of boyfriends, of course. :D And my favorite of them is Frank Lundy. I really loved his character. He was cute, smart, and despite the big age difference, they made a good couple. I would have overlooked them more on screen. The only reassurance is that Frank did not die alone. He spent his last hours with someone he loved. With someone he loved very much.
I worked with one of my favorite music and pairs.

It’s crazy to think he was playing a serial killer and a federal agent during the same time both named frank what a actor to go from being a really good fed to being a serial killer on criminal minds that’s excellent acting 🎭
I like the relationship in the scene between Lundy and Debra, it gives a warm feeling. and honor And I really got into the characters.

This was really an incredible relationship. Deb has always had father issues, as Harry was really involved with Dexter´s "special needs" and neglected Deb during their childhood. Therefore, Deb always missed a real father figure from her life. She also desperately needed a professional mentor at a time, as La Guerta´s selfishness and greed for being a "career diplomat" did not really contribute to Deb´s professional development. The 3rd factor, "being a man" is negligible, as Debra had ongoing relationships with other men. But I have the feeling, that for Debra, the first 2 things coexisting was pretty good enough to meet the criteria of the 3rd factor. From Lundy´s side: I am not sure. Maybe, he could see an extraordinary talent in her and the attractive weakness behind the hard surface. But anyway, one of my biggest disappointments was his death. I loved them together

A Debra era a luz dessa série, uma pena ter um fim tão trágico, era minha personagem favorita e não merecia tanto sofrimento…
Sofria com falta de atenção e afeto do pai, a mãe morreu de câncer, nunca teve um namoro exatamente saudável e pulava de cama em cama com homens aleatórios.
Acredito que o Lundy, era o melhor par para ela desde sempre, pois ele realmente a via como ela era e apesar da diferença de idade eles eram bons um para o outro, ela realmente se apaixonou por ele e acredito que ele a amava muito.
Mas as coisas começaram a desandar quando Lundy morreu na série e isso se tornou uma fraqueza para Debra. Além disso, aos troncos e barrancos no final ela descobre que o irmão “a única constante da vida dela” era na verdade um assassino em série … ela merecia um fim melhor. Não sei como não enlouqueceu com toda a trama 😢

How can Season 4 be so good and some other Dexter seasons be so bad?? The same show that gave us Frank Lundy and Trinity also gave us the Brain Surgeon and Lumberjack Dexter.
