From what I’ve seen so far most people tend to dislike Cameron for various reasons. I on the other hand have never had a tv/movie character I related more to. Kinda unrequited love on screen never felt so real
I think I first watched House 10 years ago, and from the moment I laid my eyes on these 2, they were my OTP. I truly hate how the writers dropped little hints/clues about how House was also attracted to Cameron but never went anywhere with them, even though their chemistry was perfect! Hell, I didn't even complete the series bc I was so mad at the show producers after s3! I still search for them through fanfics. I just don't know how anyone could NOT like the pairing!

Nice. She was dope. This show has always been so interesting to me. I finished watching it about 8 years ago. A number of years after finishing college at Michigan State and being at an unexpected point in my life (nothing serious), I am now thinking about applying to PA school. This show has always been interesting. I know the real world is not "this life" in this show of course, but the wit, medical jargon and interesting writing has always been great and been there for me in the back of my mind.
They would have been together if she was more nurturing. house needed a woman who cared for him and balanced him out. She was too cold, he even told her in season 2 that she was similar to his father. (that’s why he didn’t try to pursue her that much) he said his father beat him and talked down to him when he was a child so just imagine how she makes him feel when she’s talking down to him. They had good chemistry but it would have never worked, she would have probably called him too emotional or tell him he was overreacting when they had a problem. He may have “loved” her in some way but love isn’t enough and I don’t blame house for blowing her off. Plus she didn’t even know what she truly wanted until her and Chase divorced and by then it was too late.

Nah, Cameron was so crewed up in the most unattractive way. She didn't really love Chase because he wasn't damaged enough. House on the other hand, is supposedly her best charity case but House figured all that crap out so he didn't bother. And she didn't really like Cameron enough to pursue her. Guys are territorial by nature. If Houseliked her, he would've done something just like when Cuddy was dating someone else. House kept bugging her because he wants her. He was also soooo jealous when Cuddy was dating Lucas.
He pushed Cameron away because he knew (or assumed) he's screw up and destroy her life like he did with Cuddy's. He actually respected and cared for Cameron, unlike his feelings for Cuddy who were just straight up abusive. Maybe it's for the best because HE sucks, but he had feelings for Cameron.

In the end of Season 1, Cameron said to House and I quote "I thought, you were too screwed up to love anyone. I was wrong. You just couldn't love me. It's good. I'm happy for you."
