I've been thrilled with my PJ40 Gen3 so far! After switching to Game Mode, that solved the major latency I was experiencing, but for the most part I'm just watching movies and really love all the calibration and tweaking options to dial it in. The only thing I wish was better is overall brightness, but it is sufficient in my dedicated theater room even with some accent lighting on in the room. For the price, it really can't be beat without going way up in budget. Thanks!

Sadly, both Gen2 and Gen3 are sold out on German Amazon. Is there any other way, get hands on a PJ40 Gen3? I have been studying projectors for a week now and this seems the only good solution for my current budget and needs inside my little game development office, including a good latency for testing our game on a bigger screen.

How do you know if you have a Gen2 or Gen3 when they are sold in the same Gen2 box?
