Depends on what motivates you. Definitely unexpected but the playlist I start leg day with is:
      Tupac - Hail Mary
      Archie Eversole - We Ready
      Bone Crusher - Never Scared
      T.I. - What Up, What's Haapnin'
      Trick Daddy - Let's Go
      Tupac - Hit em up

Allen. Recently I have been reading articles of people who have started “deadlift everyday” programs. It’s come from a lifter named Cory Gregory who apparently squats everyday. There’s lots of controversy about it due to the worry of overtraining. I was wonder if you could make a video or give your thoughts about this kind of programming.

As far as direct to the point cues go, I have always find your and Brendan tietz's videos the best, so I need your help right now. I had to take a break from lifting for a month or so due to exams( still hit once a week or s,o and have maintained most of strength) and now I seemed to have "forgotten" my stance and angles on deadlift. It just feels out of place as every set feels different. the stance width, how high/low my hips are, how out I push my knees... this has got me overthinking and frustrated. what to do ? have lost a lot of speed too. I'll be grateful if you can help or any other knowledgeable viewer here.
