Weird. I have the game of the year edition as well. Does it load the initial screen where you can access the in game settings? If so, try turning off the full screen option
I saw another RUclips video where someone was having trouble with the game and they ran it in desktop mode first and then came back to game mode and it ran fine. It didn't work for me but maybe worth a shot

Not working :( . Tried other Proton Version same Result, just loading. Maybe ist because i habe the Game of the Year Edition.
