FURTHER Horizon Shortfalls Plague Alan Bates Post Office after they agreed to write-off an original shortfall as disputed evidence shows at the Post Office Inquiry.
But when a new retail line manager is installed, Alan Bates is told he must end the practice of 'rolling over' surpluses and shortfalls and instead make them good immediately.
The Post Office Retail Line Manager seems to misquote the subpostmasters contract until corrected by Alan Bates.

Alan Bates spot on, I wonder if these SPM's can sue POL for breach of contract I wonder in addition to compensation .

Mr Bates was able to approach everything so systematically he must have frightened the Post Office tossers out of their wits. That's a really good description of them, @roddersfiftynine - tossers - very apt.
