    Pizza is my favorite post race/long run treat! I used to like beer though but gave that up a few years ago.

      I always buy this container from Costco and the serving is 1/4 cup. I realized that by sticking to that serving it was enough to satiate my hunger when snacking. I've been bringing some when going on bike rides. You can't go wrong with nuts as a good snack. Any other snack you like ?
