Good on you for doing this. It’s amazing what we can do and especially the “simple things” which can make some MASSIVE changes for growth over the longer term!

Thanks! Appreciate the words. You are right, the "simple things" bring structure and discipline which helps to build the "big things"

So you lost me at #1. You start the video stating that you were doing this to find more hours in your day. More time for yourself, to do the things you wanted to do. If you're both walking up earlier and going to sleep earlier, how are you adding any waking hours to your day? You shifted your schedule, you didn't actually gain any waking hours.

Objectively no but subjectively yes. When you sleep late at night, say at 13:00, to make up the time for you, you are already tired of the entire day's work. But when you shift the solitary hours to the early morning, you are fresh out of a good night's sleep and the entire neighborhood would be very quite. Early-morning wake may up not be needed for some but if you have a clear plan on what to do, there is no better time to do it with high productivity than the early morning hours.
