Edamame with tofu and shrimps
This dish is light, healthy, and good to our health. It is nutritional, which is good to everyone.😀😀

毛豆豆腐滑蝦仁
材料:
急凍中蝦仁一斤
毛豆4兩
豆腐1盒
蒜蓉1茶匙
處理:
1. 蝦仁,除去內臟,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
2. 大火在鑊內煲滾清水一升,放毛豆煲一分鐘,令其容易剝殼,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,去殼,放碟上。
3. 蝦仁,加入調味料:
a. 胡椒粉適量
b. 雞粉半茶匙
撈勻。
4. 豆腐,切粒。
5. 預備生粉芡。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油1湯匙。
2. 在鑊內加入蒜蓉爆香。
3. 加入毛豆及蝦仁炒香。
4. 加入豆腐,及清水150毫升,加入雞汁1茶匙,大火滾起。
5. 加入生粉芡,煮至收汁。
6. 完成,上碟,可享用。
Edamame with tofu and shrimps
Ingredients:
Frozen shrimps (medium) 1 catty
Edamame 4 taels
Tofu 1 box
Garlic sauce 1 tsp
Preparation:
1. The shrimps, remove intestines. Rinse thoroughly. Drain. Remove shells.
2. Heat up 1L of water at high flame in wok. Put Edamame and boil for a minute, in order to remove shells easily. Rinse thoroughly. Drain. Remove shells.
3. Shrimps, add seasoning:
a. Pepper appropriate amount
b. Chicken powder 0.5 tsp
Mix well.
4. Tofu, dice in cubes.
5. Prepare tapioca sauce.
Steps:
1. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok.
2. Add in garlics, fry well.
3. Add in Edamame and shrimps, fry well.
4. Add in tofu, 150ml of water and 1 tsp of chicken sauce. Heat up at high flame.
5. Add in tapioca sauce, cook until the sauce becomes thick.
6. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
