⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 佛誕素心聲 粉絲素煲 材料： 甘筍1個 靈芝菇2盒 白蘑菇3個 甜豆適量 粟米芯6條 粉絲200克 豆腐2磚 處理： 1. 豆腐，清水浸。 2. 粉絲，清水浸軟。 3. 靈芝菇，切去尾段，放大碗內。 4. 白蘑菇及粟米芯，放同一個大碗內。 5. 處理（3）及（4），加入粗鹽1茶匙。 6. 甜豆，搣去兩端及硬的部分，放入同一個大碗內。 7. 甘筍，去皮。 8. 所有蔬菜，清水洗乾淨，擎乾水。 9. 甘筍，切細塊。 10. 白蘑菇，1開2。 11. 豆腐，廚紙索乾，1開4。 12. 預備醬汁： a. 素蠔油1湯匙 b. 老抽1／3湯匙 c. 生抽1湯匙 d. 糖1湯匙 加入清水100毫升，攪勻。 烹調： 1. 大火在鑊內燒熱清水1升。 2. 在鑊內加入油半湯匙。 3. 所有蔬菜，放鑊內，灼1分鐘，擎乾水。 4. 大火在鑊內燒熱油1湯匙。 5. 加入豆腐煎香。 6. 豆腐，一面已煎至金黃色，反轉繼續煎。 7. 預備煲仔。 8. 粉絲，放煲仔內，加入醬汁，及清水100毫升，大火滾起，煮至軟身，加入蔬菜，攪勻。 9. 豆腐，兩面已煎至金黃色，放蔬菜上，冚蓋，大火滾起。 10. 完成，可享用。 Vegetarian claypot with rice vermicelli Ingredients: Carrot 1 No. Lingzhi mushrooms 2 boxes White mushrooms 3 Nos. Sweet peas, tear off both ends as well as the tough parts. Put in the bowl. 7. Carrot, get it peeled. 8. All vegetables, rinse thoroughly. Drain. 9. The carrot, cut into small pieces. 10. The mushrooms, divide each into 2 shares. 11. Tofu, dry with kitchen towels. Divide each into 4 shares. 12. Prepare sauce: a. Vegetarian oyster sauce 1 tbsp b. Dark soya sauce 1/3 tbsp c. Light soya sauce 1 tbsp d. Sugar 1 tbsp Add in 100ml of water, mix well. Steps: 1. Heat up 1L of water at high flame in wok. 2. Add in 0.5 tbsp of oil in the wok. 3. Put all the vegetables in the wok, boil for a minute. Drain. 4. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok. 5. Put tofu in the wok, fry well. 6. The tofu, one side has been fried into golden yellow, flip over and continue frying. 7. Get ready for a claypot. 8. The vermicelli, put in the pot. Add in the sauce, and 100ml of water. Heat up at high flame. Braise until it turns soft. Add in the vegetables, mix well. 9. The tofu, both sides have been fried into golden yellow, put on top of the vegetables. Cover up the pot. Heat up at high flame. 10. Complete. Serve.

8. The vermicelli, put in the pot. Add in the sauce, and 100ml of water. Heat up at high flame. Braise until it turns soft. Add in the vegetables, mix well.
9. The tofu, both sides have been fried into golden yellow, put on top of the vegetables. Cover up the pot. Heat up at high flame.
10. Complete. Serve.
