Just when i started to think i am getting better at Blender, you came with this way of making hair and i am back on start again.
You do know this way of making hair has been out since there has been 3D programs. I remember first seeing this technique used in the 90s. Also it has been used in game development forever well before particle hair was a thing.
do you mind to do a more in depth version of this? in particular the part about the buns

it wouldn't have hurt if the video was slow so we could learn how to do this
You can set the video playback speed as low as 25% in the youtube video settings.
How to eksport on unity. I don't see material I'm use from blender
