An improved version, using Skill Master. Reduces fight time by a few seconds.
The only risky part is the beginning. Cait can get knocked out of his spell casts. So he might have to dodge or block depending on which opening move Specimen does.
Loadout(Barret & Cait don't require specific weapons or armor for this. Just make sure they have the correct accessories and materia):-

Fafnir Rifle, Cetran Armlet, Hermes Shoes
Time, Subversion, First Strike, ATB Assist
Enhanced Elements, Enhanced Overcharge, ATK Power +20, ATK Power +20
Cait Sith:-
Golden Megaphone, Hades Armlet, Chocokings Cape
Empowerment+Magnify, Binding, Fire+Magnify
