I just love that events from gordon's path will be seen or heard in other half life games, it is just sweet
It's cool how the scientist dialogue changes when you step into the system database scanner depending on who you're playing as. Half-Life was always ahead of the game
I love it when the lift jams and the scientist says "Theoretically this is IMPOSSIBLE!"

This game is one of the greatest works of art ever. I remember first playing through HL1... magic.
it's really nice... That's the part i loved so much on Hl-1 the scientists talking and walking, security guards eating donuts etc. A fully operational Black Mesa Facility.
I can't wait much longer to play it by my own, very good job on the port.

@sodacan187 no, I was saying that when the second NPC player is spawned in the game, someone else is actually able to join the server thus enabling them to take control of that NPC player who was just an NPC before, but after, an actual person playing the game with you :)
This is a port of a Half-Life expansion that was made only for PS2, but now its being ported for the PC.

Gordon wasn't the one that started it! It was the scientists that were on top there, that didn't notify that the machinery was broken!

I am a beta tester for the port to the pc. This was a non-allowed leak of the video. This is a VERY big deal, many people want to play this game on the computer with friends online. I can assure you this is not a video of the ps2 version.

It's because Decay was a parallel history of the original Half Life of 1998
its dr. CROSS, and no, they weren't the only ones. Judith Mossman worked there too (she was supposed to get Freeman's job, but kliener choose Gordon for the expiriment instead. in the orignal game, while riding on the tram the voice talking says "black mesa is an equal-oppertunity employer."

Yeah, I remember reading about the first Opposing Force expansion on Wikipedia. I heard it was the best expansion out of all the ones released.

Scientist and Securities here are nice with Dr.Cross and Dr.Green. Not like in Freeman and Barney, they always say things like "Please leave me alone until after the experiment!". And OMG! Dr. Rosenburg and The Gman!
in opposing force if you use that self teleporter gun near the end you'll see a corpse that looks like one of the 2 female charachters

DR. Rosenberg!!!!! Ooh I never knew he was in other Half Life also. I have only saw him in Blue Shift. I hope he and Adrian Shepherd will some day be in Half Life 2
Hopefully they will be able to integrate some sort of netplay into it, that would definatly be a redeeming factor.
im thinking of getting this game when it comes out on steam. ive beaten every other half life game and got real far in this when it was for the ps2 but i never beat it.

I played it on PS2, it's a very exciting mod. If you can make all levels to 100%, you'll get a bonus level. You need to play with 2 vortigaunts! :-)
you have to open the original half-life, then click in chage game in the main menu, and choose decay.. worked for me

hehe, thats not dr cross or dr green. thats just a scientist wearing a HEV suit and a cool mask. and no, thats not either one of them. why don't valve realese more mods for half-life? there are MANY hardcore fans out there willing to buy. including me.
what? there are MANY hev suits. you find a bunch of them in the boarder world aswell. there's easily 5 suits just in half-life 1.

It kinda sucks that you have to control both of them instead of the computer controlling one of them.

search half-life decay on google and youll find the official web where u can download it for free as long as u have half-life 1 on steam
