  • How to hit your 30, 40 and 50 yard wedge shots to the green.
This golf shot is so simple, yet so important to the rest of your golf game.
And it's an easy shot to learn.
Use it to dial in your 30 yard, 40 yard and 50 yard shots into the green.
It all comes down to what I call the "Half Swing". The half swing can be used right out to 100 yards, and puts tremendous spin, control and bite on the golf ball. And you don't have to try as hard or put as much effort into your swing.

@Darrell Klassen you just might be my savior. On the course I have tension with those shots I know I don't rotate my body Im going to try this out. I play good enough to be in the seventies instead I'm in low eighties because of tension on these shots

The grass seemed a little longer than the fairways at my course. How is the shot played from a tight fairway lie.

Darrell I find pitching with steep wegdes difficult, especially from tight lies. What do you recommend?

Action is louder than world...so l put the volume knob at 0.

thats all fine and dandy ...now do it on a fairway that has just been cut to a super tight lie....its completely different

Not really. Just the angle of the turn is steeper; the rhythm of the swing is the same.
