Great, but where is the bearded Fact Man ?
miss you guys
CDZA....come baaaaack.
Yes please!
What happened to them ??
They haven't poste anything in 6 years. I jus discovered this channel
Wow. I mean, your musicians are always good, but this guy... he's a fucking virtuoso! Total props.
6 years and still nothing... still missing those videos :(
I WANT THE OLD FACTMAN!!!
Love the sound of a violin, this was amazing to watch.
I miss this channel so much.
Wow, I played viola so I know there are no words to express the talent this guy has.
I knew y'all would be on point with the Classical stuff, but I am super glad that y'all hit on Blue Grass and Django Reinhardt when y'all got up to the twentieth century, I was really hoping for those specifically. Good on you for including other RUclipsr's with Lindsey Stirling, she I think will be remembered particularly when right now is old enough to be remembering.
I could watch that all freaking day and never get bored of it
Wow, fact man got some attitude since last we saw him.
I grew up with classical music. And this brought back so many beautiful memories. Thank you.
I have so much respect for these guys. I absolutely love CDZA. I've been waiting forever for a video to com. Whenever they xome out with a video, they never disappoint. Keep the awesome music.
Awesome !! A new episode !!! I've been waiting for what felt like years.
It's about time for another! I really love this series. I always end up writing down a bunch of the songs I've never heard to hear the whole thing! And here's a big applause for Mr. Yang. WOW.
I've had a crush on the bassist ever since I subscribed...
Didn't even notice him
Got home from school and saw they uploaded a new video. So. Happy.
KEEP POSTING PLEASE!!! WE LOVE YOU GUYS
The Fact Man lines where awful, but I'm glad there's finally a new video in this channel.

Charles Yang should be a national treasure.
And YOU GUYS! Give us more great videos like this,

The Instrumentals series is always worth the wait!
Amazing as always!
So proud to be a violinist. And the fact man is amazing.
Yes! You're back, and I am happy.
That's about as much detail as I care to go into, because I'm already screaming at myself to watch the damn video :).
Great! I was waiting for this episode! Thumbs up!
AWESOME!! Czardas is my favorite piece to play on violin. I love it so much!
This just keeps getting better. If you're ever in India, I don't care how far away, I'm coming to watch you perform live!
Excellent!
That was the best intro voice over to any video ever
You guys make the BEST VIDEOS. THANK YOU.
Amazing again
No mention of Samuel Barber? Who has wrote some amazing string pieces. Mostly for groups of strings, but honestly I feel like his Adagio for Strings has a very worthwhile mention of First Violin playing a huge part in a large scale orchestra.
Loved this!!
Fantastic.
Go Charles, Peter et al! Fantastic stuff!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MORE VIDEOS!!!
I wanted to stand up & clap after this. Beautiful!
Thanks for a great presentation. Great recording! Right on!
Gadz00kers! What a FANTASTIC presentation!

So goood!
Thanks guys.
Very interesting! As usual. Thank you!
Such an awesome instrument to showcase!
Been waiting for this
Oh, collectivecadenza… please come back! 😢
You guys should make Spotify playlists of all the songs featured in these videos. It's hard to keep up adding them as I watch.
I have so many new songs and pieces to listen to!
Finally you are back :)
Awesome video once again!
These are so badass. Can't wait to see more! :D
Very impressed. Excellent intonation too.
Wow. Charles Yang is amazing. I've had a recent obsession with Scheherazade so I'm really glad they threw that in there. I'm hoping cdza will do a History of Cello soon, because cello is my main instrument and love it!
I love it.
Thank you, thank you, thank you Charles Yang and CDZA! (I used to play...and have always loved the violin). This is a good introduction to orchestral instruments for teens and I'll forward it to my grandkids. Some of the transitions were quite well done, and others were sort of abrupt, but even so--Great! Others have dissed the Fact Man's "What have you done with your life?", but you have Mozart and Mendellsohn who didn't live to be 40 and produced music that will survive well into the future, so the FM's comments are on the mark. And now to see the rest of your work. Keep it coming!
I really love this instrumental series, congratulations awesome work
Seriously. Charles Yang. The Best.
Great video!
I just knew the red violin theme song had to be in this one, you guys are amazing! came to look for an old video and found this awesome episode.
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR SO LONG...
PLEASE, I BEG YOU,I URGE YOU TO DO MORE OF THIS.
Sincerely,your russian fan.
Holy SHIT that guy is fucking AMAZING! BRAVO!
That. Was. Insanely awesome!
Bravo! Bravo!!
Haha I didn't had that much fun watching a video in a while!
I am most definitely spending rest of the week listening to violin music now
Viola would've been better, but you don't understand how much I appreciate this anyways.
Great!
Good lord that was simply beautiful.
Thanks for this entertaining lesson. Please do another about Cello!
Cool vid, nicely played!
I still luv it
Charles you are...whoaaaaa no word!!
I want the Fact Man back!!!
Hi Charles, thank you for a great History of the violin... I am going to use it with my students. I am also pleased to see that you are fully recovered from your car accident!
What great choices; my favorites:The Chacone, Frank Sonata, Jango, irish,, Ponty.... The red Violin, Lady be good and your music!!!!
I love these videos because they have re-watching value you can watch once and focus on the music another time you could pick out pieces you’ve never heard before and hear them original and finally you could watch more and see the funny comments that the fact man has, over all good video👍
Aaaaand thats' amazing!
That was a cool twist to Crystallize! Loved it.
Watched this before, but I only just fully got the "Pure Violin-sanity" line there. Brilliant!
i really am the last person in 2019.
No you’re not-
I do a little revisiting every now and then don’t worry!
Learning an instrument because of you guys. You're awesome!
Amazing guys :)
The show must go on
Great video! I would like to add that Mari Kimura demonstrated and popularized the violin technique called "sub-harmonics". It is used in many modern quartets ex. George Crumb's "Black Angels".
about damn time! i check your feed every day and... nothing. seriously, you guys are amazing and we love the videos. thanks for doing what you do. my 3 year old son was really into Charles' playing!
Other than the fact card, this was a great video.
Well, I wasn't thrilled by the style of the fact card at the start, but it grew on me. But I salute the use of the fact card in general - I'm watching these not just to enjoy the evolution of music, but to learn about it and learn to hear the distinctions (never managed to fit music appreciation into my college schedule).
It's like how I studied the conifers, and now I look at a forest of trees and lots of them look distinct to me, where before they didn't. If it's all just indistinguishable music, it's not as appealing to me as if I learn about it and why individual songs are important to the overall progression.
this deserves more well done
This is so amazing. Please teach me!
Finally!
Awesome
SIMPLY BRILLIANT!!!!!!
Aawesome!!!!!!!!!!
I'm so glad that they included the man himself, John Williams.
Great video,
Do one on history of acoustic guitar.
Finally!!!
i love ittttt
It's been years guys.
