설탕/sugar 45g
소금/salt 3g
계란/egg 1ea
버터/butter 50g
따뜻한 우유/warm milk 150g

슈거파우더/icing sugar 60g

*filling - mix soft butter and icing sugar together.
1. put the ingredients together in the bread mixer and kneading and rise.
2. remove the gas inside the dough and cover and rest for 15 minutes.
3. rolling the dough widely and spread the filling on top.
4. roll up the dough and cut into 5 pieces.
5. put the dough into the oil coated baking tin.
6. rest and rise in warm place for 30 minutes.
7. bake 185 degree for 20-22 minutes.
8. brush the butter on the bread.
