It is amazing how many steps and time every single product needs... The workers are really fast and exact. All products look yummy the only thing I don't like is the bean paste 😊🌺🌺🌺

Bean water has LOTS of uses, flavoring other dishes, watering plants (it's rich in water soluble nutrients for plants), a starter base for a vegetable dish or more flavor for a bean soup😊 it can be frozen in canning jars also for later use. Or freeze it in ice cube tray for smaller portions of bean broth flavoring, then empty the ice cube tray into a freezer bag😏
I noticed how things were geared towards cutting time and effort, which is good. But they could minimize their time by cracking those eggs by two hands, not one. But I suppose it looks "lovin' from the oven" to crack one egg at a time using another egg. (I worked one summer as a church camp cook. My job was the main meals, and learned real fast how to crack 300+ eggs every morning. Nope, no powdered eggs there!)
Why do a lot of these cooks/chefs always whisk ingredients in a bowl while it is still sat on the scales? Scales are made for weighing ingredients not a mixing bowl stand. I was a chef that’s why seeing this bothers me…😁
The ladies that were pouring in the batter in the cupcake molds……(the cupcakes with the sun on top), I personally would not buy anything there. Before they even put the butter (or whatever that was….) in the molds, these molds were already dirty. It seems they just used them and use them without washing them for some time……I could be wrong, but that is what I observed. The other places, they work in a clean manner. These girls are all over the place…..🤨
