Another great additional instruction added to the car community for coyote swap mustang project. These instructional videos are helpful, and will one day come in handy for a man stranded doing research for their build/swap.
It's Ford, but it was from a 2013 Mustang and NOT a Control Pack like you get aftermarket. DLC is the Data Link Connector or known as the OBDII connector where the scanner connects.
@@glenndiorio8967 so, is it a stock 2013 harness that you re-pinned and reworked? if so, what did you use for a pinout? something online? i'm asking because i'd like to do a diy harness on my '66 F100 coyote swap. this video is awesome! very informative and really instructive.
@@ramrodou812 You need the engine harness, transmission harness and body harness. Depending on Generation I, II, III they are different. I would purchase the harness's you need and diet from there, and much easier. You can still tailor your harness to meet your needs. If you want pinout, get the correct wiring diagram for the year you use. Mine was a stock 2013 harness/PCM setup and dieted from there.

Thanks 👍
Good job on the wiring.
Is this the power pack from ford? Also what is DLC?
