Excellent review. Thank you very much for greatly assisting my purchase decision. Congratulations on such a comprehensive and professional production.
So have you purchased S95D? Or going for LG G4 ?
Just ordered the S95D! Arrives next Wednesday 😊
May I know how long the "longer" one connect cable is? (For remote/discrete setup)
Does the TV has Nvidia G -Sync? TV Specs do not mention about it.
It's not officially compatible, but you can activate G-Sync and it works fine
@@BenchHouse thank you. If you are given an option to choose between LG G3 and Samsung S95D, which option would you choose and why?
100 nits full screen white? Did I hear correctly? Other reviewers report 280 nits in average 100% APL.
Might be a different firmware version, variations between specimens (less likely) or difference between US and EU models, but that's what was measured.
@@BenchHouse Thanks for the reply. If this is really case of EU - model than I am changing my mind buying this product :(
We have S95D and i want best settings os tizen S95D You can make a video
Hi, i will purchase it for gaming. Does it have G sync and whether lack of Dolby Vision impacts the quality as per you? Many said Matte finish impacts the viewing quality, do you feel the same?
@@saurabhgoswami1989 G-Sync is not officially compatible, but works just fine. As for Dolby Vision, in my opinion it is not that big of a deal, since Samsung offers their own version of dynamic tonemapping that works great with HDR10, HDR10+ and HDR10 Adaptive.
@dfxamirr The best setting is probably just picking Filmmaker mode if you like calibrated look, or sticking with Standard or Eco, and changing color temperature to warmer setting.
They should offer a matte, and a non matte screen !!!
The screen is not a factor at all. This is a beautiful picture. U have to see in person
The comment had nothing to do with picture quality, just marketing, keeping those who want a non matte finish from going elsewhere !!! It’s like burn in !!!, offering a 5 year warranty that will probably never be needed, like LG, is a brilliant move. It’s all about getting you to spend you money, on my product !!!
matte is whack
Does the TV has Nvidia G -Sync? TV Specs do not mention about it.
The only thing I know is that it does have VRR. Which is what Nvidia and AMD trademark it to be if that makes sense. So instead of calling it VRR, Nvidia calls it G-Sync. And AMD calls it FreeSync instead of VRR. Hope this helps. If not I’m sorry.
It's not officially compatible, but you can activate G-Sync and it works fine
