Having to laugh at chat freaking out whilst Joel casually packs the cosmic horror equivalent of a zip bomb into a little box to be analyzed, archived and forgotten by some bored scientists.

i love how you can HEAR joel's cheek-splitting smile when he discovers the vargshroom plush. he's so happy it's contagious. edit: lmfao, the deadpan "oh you can get PIZZA now" in the middle of it, too. ADHD kindred spirit.
My favorite is how chat constantly tried to tell joel about the bad sun event but since literally no one in there knew how it worked you got people spamming "THE SUN IS HERE" everytime anything happened in the game.

been a while since ive seen the 0.4 version of the game, votv has really come a long way. I remember coming across it on itch before joel even found it and thinking "wow signal simulator ripoff lmao"
The newest versions of the game are almost unrecognizable. If I didn't know when either game came out, I would call Signal Simulator a ripoff of Voices of The Void. Game's come a loooong way.
im still waiting on a compilation of joel just making monkey noises after being jump scared. There's SO MANY times where he gets goosebumps from rocks falling out of a locker to just straight up grass moving.
Very early votv had such a special atmosphere. Not that i dislike it now, but before it became super meme-y and and it was more of a cohesive horror-focused game, it felt genuinely eerie and lonely

The Egg Ship (Now named Geom Ovoid) is about to be a lot less rare with the recent update now, as there is now a new storymode event featuring them!
