Interesting. Her emphasis is on how uncomfortable “she” felt by his response. She’s been a professional news person for decades and she felt uncomfortable because she received a critical/challenging response to one of her questions? So, is she uncomfortable with the response or the Black man responding? Don’t be a punk Katie. It’s just an interview. They always do that, my daughter's 7th grade math teacher , claimed she felt threaten when I sat in the rear of the classroom and observed that every thing my daughter told me was going on in the classroom. The teacher didn't want another kid in her class( honors math) and had my kid at a dummy table. My kid tested in the 98 percentile, went on to graduate from UCLA with honors. But these teachers and other " Becky " have there own agenda. My point is they feel entitled to do and say what ever they want to people of color. Becky, or Fay , patty, will touch a black person uninvited. And not respect their person.

My daughter is in all Advanced Classes, except Gym . Her Math teacher a Caucasian woman ,had some very serious issues she needed to address . She’d been terrorizing students for years, but children were to scared to speak up . I have a very nurturing relationship with my children, and they speak with me about everything , she started to target my daughter . Big mistake I started to gather evidence against her ,and after the school spoke with recent and former students and some of their Parents , She was fired , there’s something to be said that all my daughters other teachers,she was their pet , as well as being well like by other students .
We don’t and I won’t , one day they will figure it out .
