We’re seeing evidence of Spring all over East Tennessee this week and I’ve been out here enjoying it! As soon as those little daffodils pop up my mind goes to rides thru the mountains, Easter, and picnics. And this video is going to reflect that. All the recipes are still quick and easy, perfect for a picnic or a quick and easy dinner at home, and every single one is just gonna give us a fresh breath of spring air. I love your channel and all of your recipes. As a cat lover I loved seeing your grand cat. The little suit was so cute. My headphones broke and my husband does not like hearing the iPad so I am a little behind in my viewing. I am loving every second of these dishes.
Hey Mel, that was an awesome video, I would never thot of chopping all that stuff together to top a bagel, looks divine! I love the Pasta Salad too & will prob try to fix that one too. Those Tacos judt blow my mind (I use that little trick too - adding a pat of butter, bc the butter carmelizes the surface of the meat, YUMM!). I love having Pasta Salad in the frig too, for afternoons when my blood sugar dumps.

@@InTheKitchenWithMommaMel We had a water main break in our neighborhood & since I know so many neighbors, I got peppered with questions from the older ones I look out for + very busy & literally bombarded on Sun when it happened. Things have calmed down now & the main is repaired & water quality back up. We are SO BLESSED in this country when I think of how these simple necessities are missing in 3rd world nations. I pray all the time that Americans educate themselves on all of our blessings & rich provisions so an attitude of gratitude can reverse our divisions. ❤️
After hearing about these jams for so long, I am heading to their site to browse and order when I am finished here. I am a sucker for ALL of the fruity flavors paired with something savory. I m a black coffee drinker too. When people what I want in my offer I say just pour it, and bring it. lol and you forgot snow. Up hill both ways, shtrre miles in 3 feet of snow.
Those sandwiches. Look great. So yummy. We are having a si ple Easter dinner…and I do mean simple. Sandwiches, salads and dessert. These sandwiches would be a great addition.
LOL I love that response! And yes, I forgot about walking in the snow, I guess we can blame global warming LOL And I love a simple dinner for the holidays sometimes, too. It's nice to just enjoy the family being together instead of worrying about all the food!

UPDATE!! I had my doctors appointment this past week about the migraines. I have another sinus infection. I have a CT scan on the 27th of this month and to see a neurologist. I'm a little nervous about the CT scan. I ask y'all to please continue to pray for me. Thank you in advance. God Bless.
