I live in Alabama and this bill will be dead on arrival and Ingram is a rhino in the 75th district which is Montgomery and Elmore counties in the middle of the state Our governor would never sign the bill if it passed,which it won't even make it out of committee! We are all government slaves. We pay taxes when we get paid, taxes when we buy, a fee to get married, to get SS numbers so they can track us, more taxes are taken when we die, fees to get a driver's license and tags, insist we have insurance, pay to hunt, fish or camp, fees for permits to do many things we are entitled to. How many can you think of? It's like being a chicken or milk cow, we're taken from every day of our lives and end up as Sunday dinner or dog food. You shouldn't need a permit to be born, to live, to marry, to defend yourself and then pay money to the government for dying. ❤️👍🇺🇲
It is also about the money. The sheriff departments issue concealed carry permits in Alabama. They lost a lot of money as the departments were not collecting as much permit fees anymore.

I'm the first to file the BOF1031 in Riverside County suing the Riverside County Sheriff Department for denying my CCW. I filed myself. Let me tell you The Riverside County Sheriff Department was not happy to be served. They were jerks to the person who served the notice. I come to find out not only are the issuing agencies making millions off the CCW scheme throughout California but also the trainers, Attorneys and every one else involved and my case will disrupt that whole flow of money! When I win i will expect an apology from everyone who insulted me and didn't believe in me! I'm a CRPA member and volunteer and I'm also starting a new chapter soon so I'm in the fight.

They gave 37,000 permits in the past 6 years and also made over $5 million dollars charging for constitutional right in just application fees for the first 2 years not including renewal every 2 years, livescan, card issuance fees. They are making millions! Imagine having to apply for a permit to go to church. Then you have to pay $250 for a trainer to ensure that you're competent in the Bible. Then you have to pay $150 to take a psychological tests to ensure that your if sound mind to worship God. Then after all the time of work and fees paid and all the money you put into it the government denies your permit to worship God in church. Same exact thing! Prove me wrong. I volunteer for the CRPA all the time. What do the Fudds do who are insulting me for bringing to light this unconstitutional CCW scheme all throughout California? Just sit in their couch and insult the people on the front lines like me! Ask anyone at CRPA that knows me. I bring people in! 🫡🇺🇲
FYI I'm an FFL, have an out-of-state CCW, can buy firearms and pass NICS check, well trained in multiple states and carried in other states for years. Riverside County Sheriff department CCW unit is using Arbitrary rules and subjective standards against Bruen.
A CCW is unconstitutional therefore illegal in the first place in violation of the supremacy clause, article 4 section 2 paragraph 1, second amendment,10th amendment,14th amendment section 1.
Forcing someone to have a license,permit, or background check is a felony crime in violation of Title 18 U.S.C. section 241 conspiracy against rights, title 18 U.S.C. section 242 deprivation of rights under color of law.
