Stevia is one of the healthiest artificial sweeteners. You are right about the taste. I am fine with some of these.
Zevia is one of those drinks that starts tasting better when you cut out all sugar and break sugar addiction. IMO it has to be in a glass cup with ice. If you are addicted to sugar you won't like the taste of most of them. I cut out all carbs and sugar for around 1 month before and absolutely hated the taste of normal soda which normally I would love. Our tastebuds are tuned to like high amounts of sugar by our bad diets.
Agreed. Im carnivore and your palet changes drastically. I love the cream soda as a treat. Regular "zero" diet sodas taste like chemicals now and makes my stomach hurt instantly. I want to get a variety pack now. I just get the creamy root beer 12 pack and it's $9 at publix.
And yes, in a glass of ice.

I first heard about stevia from Breaking Bad. The character Lydia would put stevia in her coffee/tea.

I tried Zevia for the first time last year, the black cherry flavor and it’s basically something you have to keep drinking for your mind to become numb to it not tasting great looking.
I've tried the Cola one and it was horrendous. The only one that I've tried and will actually buy is the cream soda flavor.
I really like Zevia but they ARE hit or miss, some aren't bad but some are bleh, like the Colas. I dig the Cream Soda, Grape, and Dr Zevia.
Stevia is probably an acquired taste though I've been using it in iced tea and stuff for over 10 years so I don't taste the bitterness people talk about at all.
The root beer is by far the best. Dr zevia and mt zevia are pretty good too. Is it as good as diet sodas? No but it’s much healthier.
"Oh god, I' have 24 cans of this shit".🤣🤣🤣🤣 loved Coca-Cola Life that was flavored with Stevia, but when I tried Stevia with my coffee, not a fan. There are enough ZS sodas that I love, that the Zevia doesn't tempt me, especially for the price, although outside of sales. soda prices are ridiculous.
You should try olipop those should a bit better.
I luv Zevia lol, I get it instead of regular pop. I love the root beer and the grape flavors best! I haven’t tried the cream soda yet. I haven’t seen it at the store I go to. I’ll be looking around!

@@PapiEats loll me too! AND I got the cream soda at Kroger today, literally just poured my first glass! 😁😁 AND got the Sour Patch Kids Oreos LOL. I literally ate half the package in the car while I was running my errands, I JUST scotch taped the pack closed! 😂🤐
I've only had a few of these. Nice to try once, but too pricey and weird tasting to rebuy. I stick to the cheaper Zero-sugar sodas

i tried the zevia root beer a few years back and it had a fart smell/taste. i was hoping i just had a bad batch but i never tried again. it just tasted off.

Papi, what’s goin’ on, brodie?! Just like you, I’m not a fan of Stevia at all. I got this zero sugar Lemonade at a Lemonade stand two weeks ago and they used Stevia in it (recommended by someone I was with)…. 🤮 it was absolutely repulsive, I immediately regretted it and wished I got the artificially sweetened one. Lol
No more stevia for me
