This is a really important question! I would definitely like to add this garment to my cruise clothes collection. However, it can be difficult enough with choppy water to gracefully use the restroom with a regular skirt/pants.
@@barbarapreis6596 These tie-on pants allow you to untie the back and keep the front on while you're doing your business...but you'd have to pull the back piece under your legs and hold it in front, to keep it from touching nasty public toilet floors.
You have access to excellent quality fabric in your country. The combination of drape, natural fibres, and body (good weight in hand) are hard to find in North America.
They are available. It just depends on your location and how much you are willing to pay. Plus, professionals, as she clearly is (she's sewing on a commercial machine), on any continent always know how to source fabric better than the rest of us. But honestly, I don't really see a difference between her fabric and things I've seen at Joann Fabrics, though it does depend on which store you go to. Though maybe I shouldn't assume you have that by you.
THUY, how do know were to place the darts? I don't sew very often, sometimes I get the sewing bug and sew a couple of things, however, they don't look very good after I am done. Lol

Use 2 pieces of fabric with the length you want then place them right sides together then fold in half♥️
