I bought those same pants at TJ Maxx in a medium. They also have a long tie around the waist. But the elastic is 3-4" to loose, so I don't wear them. I'm thinking of making the ankles elastic as I'm 5'2". These wide bottoms make me look short and fat.

Size: S (hips 85-90cm), M (hips 90-95cm), L (hips 95-100cm), XL (hips 100-105cm).
