As a new hunter I shoot these and I love em. I shoot a bear adept, price point bow. Just updated my poundage today to 65lbs and I hit 3x arrows on top of each other on my target that was a 1” X. The price point for me was $120 for a dz

I think I may want to upgrade to have the light nock

    Easton arrows rock.
I’m using Easton Hunter Classics 340 with the orange, aluminum insert. With a 100 grain field tip installed on a 28.5” carbon-to-carbon shaft, with the orange aluminum insert, and the provided Easton Microlite Super Nocks, my arrows weigh 414 grains total. NOTE: I lather the adhesive on so the insert doesn’t pull out when I retrieve arrows from targets, I just make sure every insert is lathered the same, this is the only variable I can think of after the arrow shafts have been cut, squared with a stone and then cleaned with alcohol. I measure every sub-component also to make sure they are all the same too.
I weigh every arrow and I write the weight on one of the vanes.
I am now ordering 300’s because I maxed out my Diamond Archery limbs to 66.5 pounds pull weight. I am also ordering older Matrix (300’s) and I am considering 5 MM Axis or Axis SPT arrows soon. I mostly shoot range, long distance range and some 3D in Southern California. I am not at “TAC” level yet (85-130 yard hits on foam) but I am getting there.
I hope to hunt some game soon, for pure hunting and broad heads I will select FMJ’s that are just a touch longer so my grip fingers are safe from the blades of the broad head.
I have confidence in using Easton, sure, it’s not the cheapest or the most affordable arrow but I want to shoot Easton.
With my factory fletched arrows I witness a very nice arrow spin off my Hamskea Epsilon rest.
    Thanks for the video.

Easton produces great arrows. Personally I like to shoot what tunes the best. I have not shot easton shafts in a few years. My only complaint with Easton is that they seem to change every year. The victory RIP TKO shafts with 50gr. Inserts have always tuned very well with my set up. If I were to get into target archery. I may be convinced to go with easton. Really enjoy the videos!😊

Best budget arrow and I've killed a buck at 30uds with one of those shafts a couple years back!

I know you're big on easton but I don't like the idea of fiberglass in their arrows. Personally I like gold tip their hunter line is great and priced good

I agree. I'm not a big fan of Easton. I like victory or gold tip much better.

@@austinphillips9966 well atleast they don't lie like easton saying they use acu carbon so there is no stiff spot which is a flat at lie on top of that who uses fiberglass in arrows

VAPTKO are my hunting season arrow. By the end they come out to $35 an arrow with broadhead and everything. Gold Tip Hunter XT are my offseason/3D arrows can’t beat $9.99 an arrow.

I wish I had seen this when I started. My shop sold me the Easton 4mm Long Range match grade arrows...6 for $180...over $200 with field tips and tax. I immediately lost 2...and spent quite a bit of time looking around in the bushes and stressing about losing a $40 arrow every time I went out to practice.

Whoever sold a beginner a $200 half dozen arrows is a fucking dick and you should never go back to that shop.

It temporarily takes a bend, I suppose due to the fiberglass in them.
I shot them before, they start to show the white fiberglass when they are wearing, which is a great reminder for beginners though.

They make these in Match Grade .001, .003, and .006 straightness! I prefer these arrows cause i have about 300 arrows in my garage and just prefer all around a .246 inch shaft

Walmart sells arrows at 4.89 a piece until you’re ready to “invest “ in new arrows

You don't have buy expensive arrows. Budget carbon arrows work great for hunting. We're not shooting at gnats!
