The only thing I do not like is the distributer add-ons that jack the price $3k for such unwanted options as "Toyoguard". I'm in Georgia. Probably going to shop where SE Distributors is not.
Honestly, not much sense in buying a Prius at it's current price point. It's priced WAY too high for what it is. The overwhelming majority of people don't and won't pay that much for a hybrid vehicle.
We have a 2024 Prime. My wife is 5'7", I'm 5'11", and, we both have zero issues when it comes to seeing the MID cluster without having to adjust anything when we need to switch positions. For fuck's sake, just raise the seat a fraction and straighten the seat back. Your not driving a beach chair.
Hey Jeff! Can you or anyone speak on the factory speakers. Are the 6 speakers that come standards sufficient or should someone upgrade to the limited JBL system? Or perhaps the JBL system isnt thst much better where you need to upgrade?
@@atheistmecca971 no, that’s not what it means. It has zero similarities with how a cvt works other than the fact that it has an infinite number of gears. It does feel similar to a cvt, but it’s more fuel efficient than a traditional transmission. You buy a Prius for the fuel efficiency, not for sporty driving dynamics
It's a frosted bran muffin. It look appealing initially but then after you get past the frosting, you realize it is pretty ghetto. I'd be fine if the top model was $25K but it is just a pig with lipstick when you see the top price.
@@tinhinnh I'm not saying it is worth over 25 - just that is the price i'd say it is worth. I'd say 30K at most. Just like the Ford trucks they are trying to sell for $120K - just not worth it.
Be careful, some non-reputable TOYOTA Dealerships are attempting to charge an additional $10,000 "Market-Adjustment"! If this happens to you, tell the dealership to either drop that $10,000 rip-off dealer additional profit or you will find a reputable Toyota Dealership, that it doesn't matter to you. Only about half of TOYOTA Dealerships will do this $10,000 Market Adjustment con. Just walk away and find another Toyota Dealership. You will be successful and save $10-grand!
How do you like the new-look Prius? Jeff
I love the way it looks

Best look of all prior prius and best color, red
This Prius is so sleek and has such amazing features!!
Are they selling them off the lot with the rear door issues fixed?
With so much price overlap to the Camry, which is a better buy/value?
@JMaxx-fn4he no its not. Camry is more quiet, more room n cargo

Why not? It saves a ton on gas.
And it’s really pretty cheap.
@@atheistmecca971 Because for the exact same price you can buy a Tesla Model 3 and spend ZERO on gas.
@@atheistmecca971 It's not cheap at all.
@@MrBobbyBrown2006 Well I’m sticking with my carbon addition Mazda 3 hatchback but the Prius starts at $28k. That’s cheap these days.
Hi Jeff! Are you planing any trips to Texas or California to introduce new cars anytime soon?
I see you avoided the problem of the steering wheel covering the display

I would probably buy one but no one has them in stock.
Thank you Jeff for being goofy. haahaha love it.

@@Toyotajeff ok thanks so much
Do you have any lunar rock 4runners available
Because I need to hv it now. Decided otherwise against the Camry hybrid in the end. Something must be wrong w me lol.
Does the STO model come with Lambo doors 😂
You can get a Civic Hybrid, Accord or Toyota Camry, much more practical at around the same price as a Prius
But does it look as cool? Probably not!
Not as nice looking and not as good of car though.

I hate cvt transmissions though.
Toyota CVTs are practically bullet proof if you change the fluid every 100K.
@@jeremycook9852 That’s not the reason why I hate them.
It’s not a cvt. It’s an ecvt, which is completely different
@@Frischarley It just means it’s controlled electronically. I hate the way cvts feel. For most people just commuting it’s fine.

good luck finding any “top model” for $25k, nevermind a prius
