Better than rock music!!!
"Good heavens, this music is really rocking my socks off". 😁
Indeed! That’s why it became ‘Classic’! Junk of today is just noise. No substance.
It’s always the same stuff man 🥱
Would’ve liked to see Holst, Royer and Rachmaninov of this list, but it’s still great
"This club can't even Händel me right now." Händel, probably.
"That Handel, he's so hot right now"

"That Händel can get it"
Get out of here and don't come Bach.
"Amadeus what Amadeus! " - Mozart probably
If it's not Baroque, don't fix it

It's pretty amazing someone just had this stuff playing in their head or even developed such complex songs.
Fr but I'm sure it took alot of time and experimenting and tinkering around with different sounds and instruments to see what sounded right
They didn’t have it playing in their heads, it was composed and developed from much more primitive thoughts
It’s one thing to write a song for a guitar…. It’s quite another to write a song for 78 different instruments
@@Jimking666 you don't know that in any regard. It was a different time. Just consider that.
@@Glostahdude exactly, to some degree the progression must have been realized. That alone is amazing. A time when we referred to each other in a regal sense.
I have discovered that classical music can be played in the background when studying literally any subject and it never diverts my attention like pop songs. its amazing
Isn't that the best thing ever? 😍
c'est profond! and very true lol
It diverts my attention because I can't stop headbanging
Probably because you're not really listening
Some people get caught up on lyrics
Classical is the metal music before electricity. Great compilation.
That's what we've been saying all along, glad you agree🤘Thanks for listening!
I think Bach would've been a fan of complex synth arpeggios
Beethoven would've loved working with heavy distortion
Debussy would drench anything in 80%wet effects
Mozart would tell us "there are no wrong notes..." on ToiTuyau
Wagner would basically be a permanent Evanescence Rammstein colab
De hecho sí. El Metal es el nieto de ella, porque el Blues y el Country (sus papás) algo retoman de ésta. Abrazo.❤
Well said!!
Exactly. This would be considered as a fast power metal. Perfect similarity!

I discovered Beethoven when I was ten years old. When I became a teenager and got into Metal I immediately made the connection between the two. The best Metal music balances that raw aggression with moments of gentle beauty, like Beethoven.
Inspiration of Megadeth solos, obviously

As an opera singer, I get the endless joy and giggles out of this and the comments. I've also sung classically with a heavy metal band, sooooooooo....yeah, classical can indeed, rock your socks off.
It sounds like you've got the best of both world Kelli, that's amazing!
Mixing modern music with Classical is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!
Exactly. Go back in time; give Händle an electric guitar. See what happens. Metal baby!
Iirc, Serj from S.O.A.D. is also a trained opera singer, so yeah I believe you.
Tidying up the house while listening to this makes it sound like you're doing something epic
But you are! Tidying up the house is no small task so it rightly deserves the most epic of soundtracks 😎
But I AM doing something epic... you haven't seen my house 😭
I can't describe how, but I somehow knew, without a doubt, that this video was going to start with Vivaldi's Summer.

"Cast thine eyes yonder upon mine fists"
"Taste mine pugilist hands"
"I shall make thee consume the earth beneath thine feet"
Brb adding these to our everyday vocabulary when someone gets on our nerves
Well, that turned into the most epic breakfast I have ever eaten. How thrilling!

I once did this whilst struggling to put down some underlay for a rug, it was sticking to everything, I couldn't get it straight, it was epically frustrating, the music didn't make it any easier but it was hilarious at the same time 🤣
The secret of Art is that it is timeless. It doesn't age, and the very best tells a great story of the human spirit. It reveals to us something we never knew, yet somehow knew all along. Classic never dies, but it is not in style right now. Pop and Rap music is , sadly, the style of this era. In style is what is "in" .

Vivaldi especially was making metal before metal was even a thing. I am surprised his Folia did not make it into the list, because that finale is harder than a lot of today's black metal songs.

I think you meant...... before there was metal (brass is a metal alloy) there was wood, sinew and horse hair ❤
Well and strings. Vivaldi is straight speed metal.
This is awesome! Would love to see these works included in future playlists for "hardcore" classical music:
1. "Mars" from Holst's "The Planets;" what I imagine hardcore classical music to be
2. Vesuvius, Frank Ticheli; is this considered classical?
3.Elsa's Procession to the Cathedral; starts off slowly, but the buildup is worth it
4. Finale from Stravinsky's Firebird Suite; purely epic music
Franz Liszt ,Tottentanz
"The Planets" is one of the best
Great list! I'd add Brahms second piano concerto (second movement). That gets pretty dark pretty quick.
Thank you for the awesome suggestions! As a music label we can only feature the recordings we own in our compilations, but we're constantly working towards expanding our catalogue and recs are absolutely welcome 🤗
Mars is also one of the most iconic, influential pieces ever written! Many movies ripped it off, including Star Wars. Quite a few bands too. Off the top of my head, the songs Am I Evil? by Diamond Head and The Reign ov Shemsu Hor by Behemoth blatantly ripped it off at the start. Black Sabbath by Black Sabbath too, but it's not as obvious.

This mix made me a fan of classical music. Kudos to you guys.
So many classic hip hop anthems use classical snippets they sample from. So yes, classical can go hard, and can get very sinister as well.
I don't think it needs to be used in hip hop to go hard. And in most of those cases, the hip hop song only goes hard because the classical samples they use.
Not that I hate hip hop, I have discovered I have a liking for classic hip-hop, the 90s stuff in particular. I don't always agree with the message, but the underground east coast stuff is legit art, in my opinion. There is a great channel that only does underground classic hip-hop, his name is Nicola Armellin I believe, and he has really great taste, and access to an enormous amount of obscure old records and tapes. I thought I hated "rap music" until I found that channel a couple of years ago. French language hip-hop from the 90s? Sure. Great mixes.

Why thank you very much, glad you appreciate our music selection!
I love all music but this is so concise for how i explain my love for the classics. This formed the basis for all of the music we love today.
Perfect way in helping to popularize classical music again. A lot of people think they don't like it, probably because they haven't give a chance.
Thank you so much for your support, that's exactly what we think! Whether we're aware of it or not, classical music is everywhere (in films, ads, video games...) and lots of people think it's an old and boring genre when in fact they would probably enjoy at least a few pieces if they stopped and listened to them 🙌
May seem odd to the uninitiated rock fanatics, but electronic music from the 1990's actually got me more interested in the OG classics, as well as jazz, I was sampling stuff in the late 1980's but ended up playing violin and trombone in the 20's.
AI will soon ruin all artists who are not already famous and wealthy's livelyhoods, but the music industry was rigged and broken many years ago, otherwise though so many options for making music these days.
I had a feeling that Dvořák -Symphony No 9 would be in here lol. That song gets HEAVY
There's simply no way Symphony No. 9 can be left out, it's a proper banger 🔥
We are moving out of this avenue with a sound such as this ones!
