    What a tasty recipe! Thanks for guiding. In my opinion, if someone else didn't like sour taste, add 7gr sugar more than the recipe said.

    我係用牛奶代替乳酪
    cream cheese同牛油都可以少d 因為會好膩 食2個就夠😁

    起碼芝士種類多好多:
    下面是餡料的材料。
    1125g Cream cheese
    130g Mascarpone 馬斯卡芝士(a soft, mild Italian cream cheese.)
    20g Cheddar Cheese 切達芝士
    10g Parmesan Cheese 帕爾馬芝士
    30g Butter
    130ml Milk
    50g Icing sugar
    20g Corn starch 粟粉 (粟米整嘅澱粉)
    1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
    Pinch Salt 少少鹽
    1 Egg yolk 蛋黃

    Wow... cant wait to try out this recipe this weekend... anyway can I change the crust into portuguese tart crust... would the taste made any weird different..? Do I need to bake the crust 1st just like the crust u did..?

    Hi..just want to confirm.. 230celcius or fahrenheit? You stated there as •c but a bit high for celcius I think..😊

      baking always from 200 to 250 celcius degrees.
