I took a double take when I saw a tablespoon of baking powder, but it is right! I baked this recipe tonight and it came out a beautiful golden brown, moist on the inside. I personally like a little more sweetness to my bread, but that can easily be offset by adding whipped cream to your heart's content. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

I used about 4 tbsps of honey in place of Kal Stevia. Buttering the pan liberally would allow the bread to come out easier. It's a good change to the oily one I used to make.

I thought this was a great recipe to follow. So my bread is currently in the oven but it's not the consistency of yours. We're vegan, so I used flax eggs & vegan sour cream. It was very thick, I triple checked the ingredients. I added some almond milk. Fingers crossed to see how this will turn out.
I love this recipe.. I am going to make it.. Since I have been on a low carb and gluten free diet, I have missed bananas so much, but this is still lower carbs..
for diabetics just remember when the bananas are going bad that means the sugar is more concentrated so you would like to stay away from that you need to stay away from that

Made it 4× now at work ! So light, so fluffy ! And , i made ( also 4 ) " sticky " date cakes out of your recipe. All gluten free . Changed coconut oil to veg oil . Thank you for a really nice and easy recipe ❤❤❤
I bring 300 gr dates and 350 ml water to a boil to break up dates . Let it cool very well . I mash with potato masher and add to the original recipe mix .

are you in America? you can find it at Mustard Seed, Whole Foods, Health Food stores or similar place (maybe do an internet search for similar stores) or you can buy it online at amazon or vitacost. Bob's Red Mill is the most popular kind. I'm baking mine now so I'll post how it comes out.
I did use almond meal and it came out amazing! I doubled the recipe and made pancakes too. My teenagers loved them!!! Your recipe was really the easiest out there. Hope to see more videos! :)
I used to purchase Honeyville almond flour, but price today is not $38 for 5 lbs. Price has gone up significantly. I switched to ‘Oh Nuts’, from amazon and I cannot tell the difference.

Hi..I've tried this bread 3x and I bake it for 1 and a half hour and it still comes out wet inside? What am I going wrong? I tried bake and convection bake..no luck. I use the same pan as you did. 😕

Yes. I would add 1/4 cup and taste for sweetness, if its not sweet enough add up to 1/4 cup more. I don't bake with monkfruit sweetner often.
