    The information u give r v helpful , I lost my weight about 12 kg during 6 months ,I was diagnosed diabetes, I did not use even a single tablet to reduce the sugar level but I have been listening ur video and changed my food as u discribed ,,,as a result , my BP ok now my cholesterol ok my heart burning gone I do not take any medicine any more , Alhamdulillah I can walk v well for one or one and half hour , I fell healthy , mentally and physically ,,,,,,,ay ALLAH shower his rehmat on u and ur family ,Ameen ,,u r doing good job , serving humanity , helping people ,,,,Allah swt will give u award inshaAllah ,Ameen inshaAllah Ameen ,

    Oats vs Barley vs Wheat.
    When you say Daliya it could have been out of any one of these.

      Oats means jaiii
      And barley means joo
      They are from same family but slighlty difference. Barley contains gluten but oats doesn't. So for the people who have gluten allergy oats will be the better option to take

    میں ایک عرصہ سے دکیہ استعمال کر رہا ہوں جو فائدے آپ نے بتایے ہیں وہ سب سچ ہیں بہترین بنانے کا طریقہ ہے کہ آپ دلیہ آدھا کپ دو گلاس پانی میں رات کو بھیگو صبع اسی پانی میں دلیہ میڈ یم آگ پر پکایں اور ہلتے رہیں پانی خسک ہونے لگے اور دلیہ گاڑا ہونے لگے تو ایک گلاس دودھ ڈال دیں اور اچھی طرع پکایں گاڑہ ہونے پر اتار لیں اور حسب منشا کوئ بھی ڈرائ فرٹ ڈال کر کھالیں

    جزاک اللہ۔۔۔ ماشاءاللہ بہت اہم نسخہ۔۔ میرے جرمن ڈاکٹر نے بھی مجھے ناشتے میں یہ دالیہ کھانے کے لیے کہا تھا اور میری خون کی رپورٹ جو دالیہ کھانے کے بعد اور روزانہ ورزش کرنے سے تین ماہ بعد جو آئی تو میری شوگر نہ صرف کنٹرول میں تھی بلکہ کلسٹرول بھی بالکل نارمل ہو گی۔۔۔اور میرا وزن بھی تقریبا 5 کلو کم ہو گیا۔۔۔۔ماشاءاللہ۔۔۔ماشاءاللہ ڈاکٹر صاحب 🎉

    It's a great break fast just boil Roled oats or barley porridge then add milk n cream ,honey,nuts,fruits like mango ,banana,walnuts etc it's a great nutrition

    Organic OATS are very healthy. Oat meal is best for heart patient, diabetics and also improve gut health. Oats also reduce the risk of colon cancer

    Dear Dr
    I am hussain 58 year old
    I am on very low carb and high fat I am eating a lot of red beef eggs paneer lamb and nuts
    My sugar came down from 8 to 5.6
    And still going down I feel very energetic I don’t get tired I still work 12 hours a day 7 day a week
    But you said eat meat only a few times a week but I am having meat almost every day
    My triglyceride gone down bad chelstrol gin down but total gone up
    At this age I am not taking any medicine except supplements
    Do think I am doing some thing bad to my health

    Thnx, for ths video a humble request sir, kya intermittent diet may brkfast skip hota hai kya ye bat teekh hai...
    May india mumbai say hu, mera dinner8/9 pm pay hota hai..
    16 hrs fasting ends by 1/2 pm.. i start with 1 boiled egg an a cup of milk,Little fruit..evening coffee with homemade snacks, dalia or small pancake then dinner at 8/9 pm..
    Is ths ok with me sir.. must reply vl help others too...

    Oat flakes use ker saktay hain ye daysi dalliya hona chahiye b coz kisi nay bola k flakes sugar levels ko high kertay hain

    Sir! I m diabetic. Secondly, my back bone cartridges at neck and tail are damaged. So orthopaedic surgeon says I should pray on chair, don't pick heavy things and many other precautions. I can't walk bcz of sever pain in hip joints and neck and shoulders. My question is how to control diabetes with long walk and other exercises
