Thank you Doctor for properly educating about fibroids because I was told that I have a fibroid it's 9cm and my uterus is 15cm which is large and the doctor told me I have to have a hysterectomy and the doctor never provided me other options for the fibroid to be removed and based on me watching all.the videos. I have appointment to see a specialist and Miramar Florida I am forever grateful for your knowledge education and thank you for informing me of the ufe procedure as well..❤

Can a CT scan with contrast help instead of an mri? Or what is the difference. Could you kindly explain?
Is ufe curable for bigger size
Dr. Lipman, suppose you have a posterior submucosal-to-intramural fibroid abutting the endometrium (probably FIGO type 2 or 3). Would this type of fibroid cause heavy menstrual bleeding with the passing of huge blood clots? Fibroid size is 2.3 x 2.2 x 2.1 cm.
While these are small, FIGO type 2 can cause this kind of bleeding. Is this based on ultrasound ? If so , I would consider pelvic MRI. US significantly underestimates the fibroid burden both in number and in size. It also commonly fails to diagnose adenomyosis which commonly causes bleeding in pain like fibroids. Im 23 and unmarried . I have 3 fibroids largest one is above 2cm , im in so much pain . can i go for UFE ?? Will this cause infertility in future for me . Please reply i wanna know so desperately.
While I can't comment on your specific case, UFE can be considered in women that are interested in fertility. I would seek an opinion from an experienced Interventional Radiologist. Good luck.
@@Atlii im definitely interested in fertility just I can’t bear this pain anymore nor can’t make it to get marry now atleast for more 3 years thats why i have to look for UFE . Pleaseee let me know about this it would be a great honour..
