Great video, I really like that Joe not only does a demonstration of the exercise with correct form but also gives advice on how many reps one should do. Very few instruction videos/websites do that and it's needed.
Hi Joe, this is Navjot from India. My problem is right after my meals, especially after lunch and dinner, I have extreme crave for sweats. My family ( father's side ) has a history of diabetes. I try honey as a substitute. It doesn't have added sugars, just natural sugar. Is this gonna help in my weight loss regime?
where can i get a shirt, joe? also, i implement this exercise every so often towards the end of my tri workout because i find it stressful on my wrists. i prefer the single tri pulldown with the single grip as opposed to the double. would wearing wrist support take away from what the exercise provides?
