This workout is about isolating the bicep only. I've used this workout for long time. Laying at your back takes your back OUT of the equation, so that you can't not use back at all in the bicep exercise. It puts all stress to bicep only, which makes it an excellent move for more advanced bodybuilders. I highly recommend. My favourite move.
I used to do these cable curls,4-5 sets with 1 drop set on last set, thats all i did and my biceps were done and they responded well . Intensity is the key with these.
@hirvimies I usually do 8 - 12 for size ... 6 reps is bare minimum. Now unless u start feeling the burn at your 5th rep, you really need to do at least 8
Thanks, Great Vid. Just an enquiry, does this exercise involve working the lower back as a secondary or tertiary muscle or does it have to do with form? Cheers.
I do not understand the reason for the 5 dislikes this video got (so far)!! What were these guys thinking...that their biceps would bulge just by watching this video on their screens...and that didnt happen? This exercise WORKS exceptionally well (i am saying this from experience). Try it for a few weeks.

By far the best bicep exercise I ever tried.
Thanks for video. Another bicep exercise to add to repertoire and thus stop things becoming stale or hitting a plateau. Looking forward to next video.

bro keep uploading ab videos......cause you are great..!!!!!!!!
whats the difference between doing this and standing ez bar biceps curls?
More stretch, harder to cheat reps and less core, more biceps focused
The difference is that in this one you cant use your back to lift the weight. You only using the biceps itself
Great video even if it has the wrong title. I didn't know it was possible to target the outer bicep.
