Good vid and timely as I have been wondering about chest development. I am currently at 150 five sets of ten same kind of weights. I was wondering if I should go up ten pounds and increase my sets to seven or stay at 150 and increase my sets or go up 160 and stay at five sets of ten. I notice you two gentlemen have no particular routine in this vid. What is the best route to chest development with what I have detailed. Thanks.

Mike, I have been getting shoulder pain originating from my rear delt, especially during bech style exercises. I have been using the technique of tucking my elbows in, it does help a bit but my shoulders still tense up after a few sets. Any one have some suggestions?
I feel like since he couldn’t get 275 for reps he shouldn’t have tried 315 he wasn’t gonna make that with the best energy in his head sometimes your gut feeling is right
